Note: Check In before 11:00 AM or Check Out after 1:00 PM will constitute a $20.00 fee. Advance permission for late checkout must be obtained from office since your site may be reserved for someone else.

RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Daily rate is based on 1-2 persons per site. Each additional person $3 per night. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Weekly rate is based on 1-2 persons per site plus electric cost. Each additional person $3 per night. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

3. For one night stay a $15 deposit is required. For 2 or more nights stay a $25 deposit is required. Deposits payable by check or money order. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.

4. No refunds are given for cancellation. With 2 weeks advance cancellation notice , credit will be given for future use. No refunds for early departure or inclement weather.

5. Monthly rate is based on 1-2 persons per site plus electric cost. The Monthly rate for 3-4 people is $520 plus electric cost. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Dump station: $20 flat fee

7. We do not accept “tiny homes”.

8. We do not pro-rate your stay.
